Online Event Management Application (OEMA) v 1.1 written by Jonathan Baird (ska Iain Ard mac an Bhaird) - This is AEthelmearc's second-generation online event registration/management tool. It allows autocrats to enter and edit their event information online, allows input and editing by appropriate kingdom officers, outputs approved events to an online calendar, and provides a convenient display for the chronicler to use when creating calendars for the newsletter. Includes enhanced security, password retrieval, and email feedback to appropriate parties on entry/edit submission.

Email Report Form (ERF) v 1.0 written by Jonathan Baird (ska Iain Ard mac an Bhaird) - This is a relatively simple form that emails the contents of a report form (which can be edited to your heart's content) to the designated recipient(s) as well as copies to the submitter and any other addresses specified.

Web Report Center (WRC) v 1.2 written by Jonathan Baird (ska Iain Ard mac an Bhaird) - This is an online reporting tool that has been developed specifically for the reporting and compliance checking needs of Kingdom Webministers, but could potentially be modified for other reporting purposes. It collects and stores reports in a database, while also sending email versions to the submitter and any other addresses specified. These reports are checked and compared to bring important changes to the attention of the KW through an administrative tool. Also includes the ability to submit compliance reports which are stored and cross-referenced with the officer reports to provide an "at-a-glance" interface.
